These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of nicks-exteriorcleaning.com (the "Site") and your engagement of exterior cleaning services from Nick's Exterior Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this Site or requesting a quote or service from us, you agree to these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including images, text, logos, and downloadable files, is the property of Nick's Exterior Cleaning unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to request a quote, schedule service, or enter into a service agreement with us. By using this Site or requesting service, you confirm you are 18 or older and, where applicable, that you are the property owner or have the property owner's authorization to schedule exterior cleaning services.

Acceptable Use

When using our Site, you agree not to:

●      Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

●      Harass or mistreat other users of the Site

●      Violate our intellectual property rights or those of any third party

●      Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

●      Submit false or misleading information when requesting a quote

●      Post or transmit any material that is offensive, fraudulent, or unlawful

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms.

Services

Nick's Exterior Cleaning provides exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to pressure washing, soft washing, and related exterior maintenance, as described on the Site or agreed upon at the time of quote. Service descriptions, pricing estimates, and availability shown on the Site are provided for general informational purposes and are not a binding offer. All work is subject to an on-site or virtual estimate and confirmation before scheduling.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided through the Site, by phone, or by text are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to change following an in-person or photo-based assessment of the property. Final pricing will be confirmed with you before work begins. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a job if the scope of work differs materially from what was quoted.

Scheduling, Weather, and Access

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule service due to rain, freezing temperatures, or other conditions that would affect the quality or safety of the work. You agree to provide reasonable access to the property, including working outdoor water access and clear access to all areas to be cleaned, and to disclose any known fragile surfaces, pre-existing damage, or special conditions before service begins.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can do this by phone or text at (440) 321-2104 or by email at nick@nicks-exteriorcleaning.com.

●      Weather-related delays: If weather makes it unsafe or ineffective to perform your service, Nick's Exterior Cleaning will reschedule your appointment at no charge and will contact you as soon as possible to find a new date.

●      Customer cancellations with 24+ hours' notice: No fee. Any deposit paid will be applied to your rescheduled appointment or refunded, at your preference.

●      Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or no-shows: A cancellation fee of $50, or the amount of any deposit paid, whichever is greater, may apply to cover the reserved time slot.

●      Access issues at time of service: If our team arrives and cannot access the property or complete the work as quoted, for example due to locked gates, no water access, or pets left unsecured outdoors, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and a trip fee may apply.

We understand that plans change. If you're a repeat customer or have an unusual circumstance, contact us directly, we handle cancellation exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Payments

Nick's Exterior Cleaning does not process payments through the Site. Payment for services is arranged directly with Nick's Exterior Cleaning and is due as agreed at the time of quote or upon completion of service, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Property Condition and Liability

While we take care to protect your property during service, exterior cleaning involves inherent risk to surfaces, plantings, and surrounding areas, particularly where prior damage, deterioration, or improper prior installation exists. You agree to disclose any known issues with the property before service begins. Nick's Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, defects, or normal wear that were not disclosed prior to service.

Nick's Exterior Cleaning carries general liability insurance. If you believe our work caused damage to your property, please contact us at nick@nicks-exteriorcleaning.com or (440) 321-2104 as soon as possible, and no later than 7 days after service completion, so we can assess and address the issue.

Consumer Protection Law

Where Ohio consumer protection law or any other applicable consumer protection legislation applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation, and if there is a conflict, the mandatory provisions will apply.

Links to Other Websites

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any linked third-party site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nick's Exterior Cleaning and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, beyond the amount paid for the service in question.

Indemnity

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site or engaging our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nick's Exterior Cleaning and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or inaccurate information you provided in connection with a quote or service request.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be removed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law or in how we operate. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
